How To Change Default Windows Fonts and Font Size?
Our windows computer uses the same default system font and it often appears to be outdated font numerous times. If you like customizing your PC, then you might have also thought to change default windows font, and if you don’t know to do so, then here is a quick guide to learn the same. Well, if you would like to change default font in windows, then we brought a tutorial which would help you to do the same and get rid of the default Windows font and change Windows font size as well .
Steps to change default font in XP and Vista:-
The procedure to change default in XP and Vista is same. So, follow the steps mentioned below to get started-
1. The first step is to right click on any empty place on your desktop and select the option ‘Properties’.
The Display properties dialog box will be showed up.
2. Navigate to the ‘Appearance’ tab in Display Properties and click on the option ‘Advanced’.
After you click on Advanced, the advance Appearance Dialog box will be shown up.
3. In the advance appearance dialog box, an Item that you want to change the font for from the Item drop-down list. Here, I am selecting Icons because I want to change the font of Icons right now.
4. After you select an Item that you want to change the font for from the Item drop-down list, you’ll be able to see a font drop-down list. So, just select your desired font from this drop-down list.
5. Finally, Click on Apply and Hit OK.
After that, you’ll see a change in the default font of your Windows XP or Vista OS.
Steps to change default font for Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise:-
1. Right click on any empty space on desktop and click on Personalize.
2. Click on the option Windows color which is present at the bottom of the window.
3. Click on Advance Appearance settings.
4. Now select the item you would like to change the font for.
5. After selecting the font, Click OK and apply it.
