Microsoft’s next operating system Windows 8 is coming this year. Windows 8 will have major user interface redesign. It will bring live tiles based Metro User interface which is used in Windows Phone 7. If you have used the Windows 8 developer preview then you must admit that UI looks great. In our previous articles we have discussed how to get Windows 8 metro user interface in Windows 7 computers and how to change Windows 7 login screen background. Today we are going to learn how to make Windows 7 lock screen and login screen look like Windows 8’s attractive lock and login screen.

To change Windows 7 boring lock screen we will be using Win Lock Pro. It’s a new software for Windows 7 based computers to redesign the lock and log in screen. This software will replace current lock screen with cool Windows 8 style lock screen. Using Win Lock you can change Lock screen background, user name, set password and change windows profile picture. Win Lock Pro comes with a set of beautiful wallpapers of different categories and Windows 8 inspired sound scheme.

Please note that Win Lock Pro is currently in beta stage, so it may have some bugs and may not work correctly.
